The training rate for this position will start at $18.00/ hr after a period of 60 days the normal rate will then increase to $20.00/hr
This Shift Includes a Shift differential rate of 2.00 added to pay rate for any hours worked in the 3rd shift (Not Included in initial rate)

Job Summary:
A Machine Operator installs, fixes and operates various types of machinery. Their main duties include performing routine maintenance checks, following strict safety regulations and guidelines and operating mechanical or computer-operated equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Physical Execution
??? Run machine based on product and process parameters
??? Verify correct materials and labels before starting
??? Monitor Machine Performance During Production
Quality & Compliance
??? Inspect product quality for seals, weight, and labeling
??? Ensure packaging and product meet specifications and quantity
System & Documentation
??? Complete batch record documentation accurately
Changeover & Support
??? Assist with line changeovers and equipment cleaning
Qualifications:
??? High school diploma required
Hiring Requirements:
??? Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds
??? Experience working with manufacturing equipment and machinery and an understanding of manufacturing process, GMP, SOP (1-2 yrs exp.)
