We are seeking an individual to fill a key role in our Logistics department. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Arrange movement of components and finished goods between vendors, fillers and warehouses (from PO creation to delivery to final destination).
Manage all carrier interaction via email and phone calls to coordinate pickups and deliveries
Maintain Domestic Dashboard to account for all movements of goods
Keep up to date ETAs for all shipments and report back to buyers and/or planners.
Update Operations with items, quantities and ETA of product.
Communicate with shipping departments and keep track of warehouse opening and closing times.
Assist with Hazmat or any other documentation needed
Track and coordinate movement of all domestic incoming and outgoing shipments.
Account for all inbound and outbound shipping paperwork including Bill of Ladings, packing list, invoice, SDS and save to Domestic dashboard
Gatekeeper of information for all goods being moved throughout the domestic organizational network with clear reporting and accountability.
Create, process and maintain all domestic transfers
Process shipping documentation
Reviewing and maintaining vendor routing guides
Access the different customer vendor portals to retrieve orders and route shipments
Create shipping labels and BOL documentation
Check inventory availability when processing transfers
Create shipping labels UPS/FedEx and BOL documentation
Create and process shipping paperwork for sample shipments
Ability to work in third party portals - WorldShip (UPS) and Ship Manager (FedEx)

Ability to execute Hazmat shipping
Routing compliance shipping guide adherence
Two to four years of related experience preferred.
Associates degree or higher preferred.
