About the Role: Join MID VALLEY CONCRETE PUMPING LLC as a Local Concrete Pump Operator - CDL Class B Driver in McKinney, TX! Be part of a dynamic team where your skills will ensure the successful operation concrete pumping equipment, contributing to exciting construction projects in the area.
Responsibilities: - Operate concrete boom pumps safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- This is not an OTR job freight and delivery job.
- Construction experience is a plus, as part of the job entails working outside the truck, in the hot sun.
- Transport boom concrete pump equipment to job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment.
- Coordinate with site foremen and other team members for effective concrete placement.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork for each job.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and vehicle.
- Assist in troubleshooting and minor repairs of pumping equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Requirements: - Valid CDL Class B driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating concrete boom pumps or similar heavy equipment.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
