Local CDL A Truck Driver Jeffersonville, IN $27/hr + OT + Benefits
TransForce is hiring full-time CDL A drivers in Jeffersonville, IN to haul medical supplies to hospitals, nursing homes, and medical offices. We are looking for safety-conscious, customer-service-oriented drivers for this long-term opportunity.
Compensation:
- $27/hr plus overtime
- OT after 40 hours for a 5-day schedule or OT after 8 hours each day for a 4-day schedule
- Competitive weekly pay
Schedule:
- Start times: Between 9 PM - 5 AM (Driver Will Have Start Time By 3PM Each Day)
- Will Not Adjust Day To Day Start Time By More Then Two Hours
- Shifts: 8 - 10 Hours Daily
- Night runs run Sunday night into Monday morning, and from Friday night into Saturday morning.
- Home Daily: Local/regional routes
Job Details:
- Haul medical supplies to healthcare facilities
- 1-9 stops per day, depending on route and hours available
- May include backhauls, returns, and empty pallets
- Driver unload: Electric Pallet jack, 2-wheel dolly, handcarts, and liftgate
- Operate 36', 48', and 53' trailers (single axle)
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Ability to maneuver trailers into tight spots
