Lipsey Logistics - WDN Tracking Associate

This position is for weekday nights, Monday - Thursday, 8pm - 7am.

Lipsey Logistics is a leader in the transportation and logistics industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a Load Tracking Associate to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of freight.

As a Load Tracking Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating the successful movement of loads by tracking shipments, ensuring on-time pickups and deliveries, maintaining carrier compliance, and supporting our network of transportation providers.

• Track all loads from carrier contracting through final delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Dispatch drivers to shippers, consignees, and intermediate stops as needed.
• Document all communications, issues, and service deviations in McLeod software.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance logistics operations.
• Assist in training and developing new employees.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six months of consistent work experience, preferably in a customer service-focused environment.
• Transportation and freight brokerage experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Primarily a sedentary role requiring frequent sitting.
• May involve occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
• Requires grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
