Compensation:$100,000+ at plan yearly
Responsibilities:- Schedule and lead property tours, host open houses, and conduct in-depth buyer consultations
- Serve as the primary liaison between buyers and sellers (or listing agents) to ensure smooth, successful transactions
- Guide clients through the entire home-buying journey - including budgeting, financing options, and mortgage processes
- Proactively nurture and convert pre-qualified and warm leads by understanding their needs and matching them with the right properties
- Draft, review, and manage essential transaction documents, including buyer agency agreements, purchase contracts, closing disclosures, deeds, and lease agreements
- Provide expert insight on local market trends, conditions, and smart buying strategies
- Assist buyers in preparing and submitting strong, competitive offers
- Negotiate purchase agreements to secure favorable terms and successful outcomes
- Deliver a seamless, five-star experience from initial consultation to closing day
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensure timely follow-ups, and stay flexible with scheduling (including evenings and weekends as needed)
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and personalized service
Qualifications:- Hold an active South Carolina Real Estate License (required)
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings and property tours
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a Buyer's Agent or in a comparable real estate role
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful real estate sales performance
- Show strong knowledge of the Charleston market and surrounding communities
- Maintain a solid understanding of current local market trends and housing conditions
- Communicate clearly and professionally - both verbally and in writing
- Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships
- Apply confident negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes
- Effectively manage, nurture, and convert leads into closed transactions
- Stay highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional service
- Be available to work 40-50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
