Overview We are seeking a high-potential manufacturing leader to drive Lean transformation, deliver rapid results, and influence cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a CI, Production, or Operations Leader ready to step into broader leadership within 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities - Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
- Deploy and sustain Daily Management Systems (KPIs, tiered meetings, visual controls)
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, OEE, and productivity
- Partner across Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
- Coach and develop supervisors and frontline leaders
- Lead daily operations and ensure performance targets are achieved
- Support broader business system deployment and strategic initiatives
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Proven success driving Lean transformations and measurable results
- Experience with DMS, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving (A3, DMAIC)
- Strong ability to influence across functions and lead change
Preferred - Lean / Six Sigma certification
- Experience in high-volume or complex manufacturing environments
- Background in OEE, TPM, or value stream improvement
