Job Details
What You'll Do:
??? Lead on-site construction efforts from pre-construction through closeout
??? Maintain project schedule and budget while upholding quality and safety standards
??? Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
??? Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and senior leadership
??? Enforce safety compliance and promote a proactive safety culture on site
What We're Looking For:
??? Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
??? Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling software, and quality control practices
??? Ability to manage complex construction logistics and supervise large teams
??? Excellent communication and leadership skills
??? Local to the Fort Myers area or open to relocation or travel
