Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring equipment, parts, and personnel are ready to support production needs
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on critical systems including production lines, packaging machines, utilities, and facility infrastructure
- Lead maintenance operations across the facility, overseeing equipment reliability and building upkeep
- Train and guide maintenance technicians, helping them grow while ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards
- Assist with performance reviews and coaching, supporting a high-performing, compliant team culture
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance, cost-saving initiatives, and team development
- Support emergency procedures and documentation requirements for site safety
- Partner with leadership to identify continuous improvement opportunities in safety, sanitation, food quality, and productivity
What you need for this position:
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree or higher in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.) OR relevant military experience in a mechanical or electrical specialty
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance, electromechanical systems, or automation
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding expectations in a senior-level maintenance or mechanic role
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, documentation, and team leadership
- Ability to drive technical excellence while fostering a collaborative, safety-focused environment
- Active Minnesota State Boiler license required
