Hours:
- Second Shift: Monday - Thursday 1pm - 11pm (60-day training done on 1st shift from 3am - 1pm)
- Some mandatory OT on Fridays at supervisor discretion
Wage:

Entry level operators start at $19-$21/hour

Experience operators start at $22 - $25+/hour

$1/hour shift premium - 2nd shift
Position Summary:
- The Laminator Operator is responsible for the correct set up and operation of solvent-less laminator. The operator is one that works independently and as part of a team, effectively communicates, gets along with others, has a positive attitude, and is well organized. 10-hour shifts are standard but are subject to change based on company need.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One year previous machine operating experience
- Previous experience operating a lamination machine is a plus
- Experience reading and recording measurement
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
