Description: Mullins Cheese is seeking a self- motivated, team- oriented, eager to work individual to work in our Cheese Production. Position Summary: This position is responsible for manufacturing a high quality powdered products. We manufacture several products such as Protein, Lactose, and Calcium. Duties will range operating equipment for filling bags and totes. Keeping accurate records and understand differences between bags, pallets, sheeting, and how/where to place pallets/totes in the racking system. Baggers also utilize forklifts and palletizers.
A glance at what a day at work might look like: Completes pre-operational checks on all equipment before starting a process Ability to operate forklift Maintain good housekeeping at all times Observe proper safety policies and procedures at all times Perform minor maintenance items Operates equipment in accordance to SOPs and make corrections based on system out-puts and operational data Ability to learn and operate computer related controls. Responsible for following GMP guidelines and all company policies Responsible for following all safety procedures related to your job functions. Take samples in accordance with policy Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: Physical Requirements This position requires the following frequent actions and/or conditions: Twisting, bending, and squatting with 60lb object in hand Long Periods of Standing and Walking Lifting 60 lbs. from the ground Good finger/hand/multi-limb dexterity

Schedule Requirements Rotating weekly schedule 1 week 6am, 1 week 8am, 1 week 11am Saturdays are required Sundays and Holidays may be required

Wage: $23.50/ hour includes $3 shift premium $3 shift premium from 6pm-6am, all day on Saturdays 1.5x pay over 40 hours Open based upon experience
