IRSG Shipping Coordinator

IRSG, a division of Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, an industry leader of Inventory Processing and Transport Solutions, is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join their team in Itasca, IL.

If you have a forklift certification and at least 1 year of experience handling shipping responsibilities (including international shipping), don't miss this opportunity!

• Compensation: $25/hour - $30/hour plus discretionary annual bonus.

Essential duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare pick and pack orders for shipment on a daily basis. Ensure correct items, quantities and on-time shipment.
• Assist in preparing shipping documents by recording and ensuring proper packaging, pallet and carton counts, weights and dimensions.
• Ensure all packing slips and labels and shipment labels are on all packages as noted by the Shipping Coordinator.
• Ensure all packing slips, labels and pro numbers are affixed to outbound LTL shipments as noted by the Shipping Coordinator.
• Load Outbound truck shipments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by ensuring proper product placement, accurate identification and removing unnecessary equipment or supplies.
• Perform daily spot checks on picked jobs
• Participate in cycle counts
• Participate as a key focal in year-end physical inventory counts.
• Participate as a key focal in year-end physical inventory counts.
• Develop an extensive knowledge of IRSG products, packaging procedures and warehouse layout in order to assume additional responsibilities in the future.
• Additional projects and assignments as required

Compensation details: 25-30 Hourly Wage
