Job Description: International Tax Staff
Job Location: Remote, Corporate Office located in Westminster, CO
Working Hours: 25-30/week
Start Date: April 2026
Duration: 3-6 months
Hourly Pay Rate: $45-60/hour
Job Summary: This part-time role will primarily focus on supporting international tax compliance through approximately 20-25 hours per week dedicated to data extraction, consolidation, and preparation for loading into CorpTax, following established processes. Additional availability may be directed toward broader international tax compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel proficiency, experience with intercompany HR transactions and data analysis, and familiarity with data software for data pull automation. This position can be fully remote for candidates with sufficient experience and a proven track record of success in a remote environment.
Core Job Responsibilities: - Perform data extraction from Snowflake, followed by consolidation and organization of tax data in Excel to prepare files for loading into Corptax.
- Follow established workflows and repeatable processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in preparing international tax datasets.
- Support the International Tax team with basic compliance tasks during periods of high workload, especially while the team focuses on IRS audit activities.
- Assist with intercompany HR transaction reviews and related data analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and other corporate departments to gather and validate tax related data inputs.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, data sources, and transformation steps to support audit requests and internal reviews.
Required Skills & Experience: - Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleanup, large data handling).
- Familiarity with Alteryx is a plus, especially for automated data pulls from the data warehouse.
- Experience with intercompany HR transactions, data reconciliation, and tax related data organization.
- Ability to work 100% remote, demonstrating independence, reliability, and strong communication skills
