Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for anIntegration Analystto join our team inHazelwood, MO.

The role involves supporting the onboarding and technical training of maintainers hired for ex-pat positions. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with employees to assist with onboarding, Boeing systems and platforms, travel arrangements, medical clearance, and international support.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers
  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
  • Analyzes and interprets data
  • Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
  • Works under minimal direction
  • Support the initial screening of potential candidates by assessing their technical qualifications, experience and competence.
  • Design and implement an onboarding training schedule that meets the requirements of the individual programs that the team support.
  • Coordinate the delivery and support the ongoing development of program specific training (Fam course and specialized training)
  • Continued focus on delivering a high quality training program

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years developing plans for organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
  • 3+ years' experience within a technical or maintenance environment
  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • 3+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery
  • 3+ years of experience preparing agendas, facilitating meetings, taking actions, and following action items to closure

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
  • Experience working with and representing Senior and Executive management in business meetings
  • Experience in creating dashboards, reports and metrics with compelling visuals
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, accuracy with work, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated a strong work ethic and sense of urgency for completing assigned work with minimal supervision and history of meeting commitments

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $79,050 - $106,950
