Position: Insurance Associate Broker

Location: Glen Mills, PA

Worksite Arrangement: In-office

Schedule: 8am-5pm ET, M-F

Salary: $60,000 annually + quarterly merit bonus

Start date: Early June

P&C License Required

Overview:

Avenica is currently evaluating talent for an Associate Broker in the insurance industry. This person will be responsible for providing exceptional service to retail agency clients & insurance markets. The ability to effectively manage several accounts & lines of coverage is key for success in this role. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with insurance carriers and agency partners to secure renewals and competitive coverage
• Develop knowledge of transportation insurance products and market trends
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and carriers through clear, consistent communication
• Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance quotes
• Keep organized and accurate electronic records of policies

Requirements:

• 2+ years of insurance experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Proven skills in building and maintaining strong client relationships
• P&C insurance license required. All renewal costs supported by the company upon hire
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US, Avenica is not able to provide sponsorship at this time
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Strong technical skills
