Job Description
Position Purpose
The purpose of the role is to manage and lead the plant technical and maintenance team to ensure the safe and efficient running of all the plant's production equipment, facilities and building services. The role will lead process reliability systems implementation in the plant, ensures adequate processes and systems are in place to measure, track and drive continuous improvement of plant production equipment. Implement plant preventive maintenance systems and best practice sharing with other plants of an effective maintenance program. The position will provide the skills, knowledge and vision needed to achieve world class performance in safety and maintenance of the site assets.
