About the Role: Need an Industrial Electrical Foreman. Person who can be onsite managing field personnel to ensure jobs are being completed in a timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE = Apply for the job, we have a good group who have been with us and need a foreman to help run current and upcoming jobsites.
The Foreman will lead a team of up to (3) apprentices and or a group of up to (10) electricians to plan layout, install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus and control equipment and maximize productivity.
Daily Tasks: - Supervise and coordinate electrical installation projects in industrial settings.
- Manage electricians and apprentices.
- Keep clean jobsite
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements: - Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
- Effective communication skills with clients and team members.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
