In-Home Furniture Repair Technician

We're looking for an In-Home Furniture Repair Technician to join our team and help deliver a crazy good experience to our customers. In this role, you'll travel to customers' homes to repair, restore, and service furniture so they can continue enjoying the products they love.

If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and take pride in bringing things back to life, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do
  • Travel to customer homes to complete furniture repairs and warranty service
  • Repair upholstery, leather, wood, and furniture components
  • Install replacement parts and restore products to first-quality standards
  • Document repairs with photos and work orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service during every in-home visit
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle
  • Support warehouse operations when needed, including product prep, assembly, and quality inspections
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

What You'll Bring
  • Experience with woodworking, upholstery, leather repair, refinishing, color matching, or similar hands-on repair work preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to safely lift and move furniture
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
