We are seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join our team!
You are expected to service the Inland Empire, Los Angeles Area, High Desert and Low Desert area's as well as San Diego area.
You will work with a dynamic and skilled team to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service and reliable solutions to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations during service activities.
- Interpret and understand HVAC system schematics and technical manuals.
- Provide accurate and detailed service reports after each job.
- Maintain inventory of service supplies and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain system issues and recommended solutions.
- Offer guidance and advice on energy-efficient practices and products.
- Stay updated on the latest industry developments and technologies.
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid HVAC technician certification (e.g., EPA 608 certification).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and operation principles.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with local, state, and national HVAC codes and regulations.
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record for company vehicle.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Flexibility to work on-call hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Commitment to safety procedures and protocols.
