Responsibilities: - Perform residential remodeling and renovation projects from start to finish
- Execute rough and finish carpentry including framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project plans
- Install doors, windows, flooring, and other structural or decorative elements
- Collaborate with project leads and subcontractors to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
Requirements: - Proven experience in home remodeling, renovation, or finish/rough carpentry
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety standards a plus
