Heavy Equipment Operator

Location: Avenal, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM and most likely every other Saturday, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM

Starting Pay: $22-$26/hour (based on experience)
Full Range: $22-$27/hour

What You'll Do

• Operate dozers, excavators, and loaders to manage waste and debris
• Grade and move soil to support landfill operations
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
• Assist customers and team members on-site
• Drive company vehicles for parts runs as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Work Environment

Expect to work outdoors in hot, cold, or dusty conditions, with exposure to heavy equipment and machinery. PPE is provided and required for your safety.
