Description:
Schedule: 1st Shift 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Days: Monday-Thursday
Position: Grinding Machine Operator
OT: Fridays & Saturdays as needed
REQUIRED - READ FIRST - 1-2 years of previous machine operation experience REQUIRED
(Robotic grinding machine experience preferred) - Manufacturing or foundry experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
What You'll Do - Operate grinding equipment to remove excess metal and defects
- Load, unload, and monitor grinding machines
- Inspect parts for quality and defects
- Move parts using cranes, hoists, or forklifts
- Follow all safety and PPE requirements
Physical Requirements - Stand for entire shift (8-10 hours)
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Work around heavy equipment and noise
