Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent position, and the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for construction projects
- Collaborate with legal team, and other stakeholders to ensure contracts are accurate and complete
- Manage contract modifications and ensure timely execution
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with contract management software is a plus
- This is a hybrid remote/onsite position.
