The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Global Supply Planning Analyst for our Purification and Filtration Business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Supporting Purification & Filtration business groups; you will be working closely with our Global Key Customers to support the growth in multiple factories around the world.
  • Develop and execute global distribution plans to support our new product launches, phase in and phase out, and product discontinuations.
  • Support management of change activities regarding raw material changes and capacity expansions across multiple sites globally
  • Lead supply chain activities to support equipment moves from parent company locations into Solventum locations
  • Identify and lead global projects focused on improving key supply chain metrics such as Backorder reduction, On-Time service improvement, Days of inventory outstanding improvements, etc.
  • Collaborating effectively with stakeholders to develop action plans around the world to effectively execute supply chain improvement projects (Marketing, Sales, Portfolio and Manufacturing Operations)
  • Using exception planning to identify any root cause issues. Drive resolution to improve performance
  • Managing KPIs and metrics to gain optimization throughout the supply chain
  • Running data analytics that drive decision making to meet Key Performance Indicators of a Top Tier Company
  • Having a willingness to learn and grow in Supply Planning utilizing ERP systems, AI and Microsoft 365 applications

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 6 years of Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany or Transportation experience

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED and 10 years of Supply Planning, Production Planning Sourcing, Intercompany or Transportation experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • APICS CPIM Certification
  • Additional experience Production and / or Supply Planning
  • Action Oriented with proven results
  • Strong system application proficiencies including Office 365, especially Excel, SAP ERP (S4Hana a bonus), Power BI
  • Statistical and analytical tools including forecast modeling, S&OE, IBP
  • Excellent communication written and verbal with strong leadership
  • Experience working cross functionally across different global regions
  • Experience representing Supply Chain Professions on behalf of all 3 disciplines (Demand, Planning and Production.)

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel into our Maplewood office one day a week)

Travel: May include up to >5%domestic

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $106,331 - $129,960, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
