United Clearing Services, founded in 2021, provides critical vegetation management, emergency restoration services, and right-of-way tree trimming for utility companies across Texas. Our work focuses on maintaining safe clearance around utility infrastructure through professional tree trimming, growth regulation, and vegetation mitigation, helping reduce the risk of outages and infrastructure damage caused by wind, storms, decay, and overgrowth. We take pride in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective services while maintaining a strong team-first and safety-focused culture. This position requires full-time availability, including 10-12 hour shifts and up to 7 days per week during storm response periods, and work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions and uneven terrain near active utility rights-of-way. Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience supervising vegetation management or utility line-clearance crews, with a strong emphasis on safety compliance and crew coordination. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and meet the requirements to operate company vehicles; a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.
We're currently hiring a General Foreperson to oversee field operations across our Waco, Houston, and Waxahachie locations, with potential travel required during storm-related emergencies.

Top Qualifications:
18+ years old; able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Strong leadership and communication skills
1-2 years of proven experience supervising vegetation management line clearing crews, with a focus on safety compliance
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Basic computer skills and ability to maintain clear documentation
Physical, outdoor role with lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs), walking, kneeling, climbing, and standing
Full-time availability required: 10-12 hour shifts, up to 7 days/week during storm season
Weekend and holiday availability may be required
Must be willing to travel for storm restoration work when needed
