Safe, efficient equipment operation is critical to everything moving on this floor - from unloading inbound containers to staging outbound pallets on time. We operate reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks, and we expect every operator to treat safety as non-negotiable.
What You'll Do
??? Operate reach truck, sit-down forklift, and electric pallet jack as certified
??? Load and unload inbound trucks; move pallets between dock, staging areas, and racking
??? Replenish forward pick faces; support inbound put-away and outbound order staging
??? Complete daily pre-shift equipment inspections; report mechanical or safety issues immediately
??? Enforce rack safety, pedestrian right-of-way, and dock safety protocols at all times
What You'll Bring
??? 1+ year of PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience preferred
??? Strong safety mindset and situational awareness around docks, racking, and pedestrian traffic
??? Basic RF scanner / WMS experience is a plus
??? Current forklift certification preferred
