Locations: Devens, MA 01434

Pay Rate: $21.76/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday with possible overtime

contract: 6 months.

Available Shifts:

1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

9:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Position Overview:

seeking experienced Forklift Operators to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced corrugated packaging environment. This role is responsible for safely operating forklifts, loading and unloading trailers, moving materials throughout the facility, servicing production lines, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Load and unload trailers according to customer and production requirements.

Move and track materials throughout the facility.

Conduct daily forklift inspections and complete safety checklists.

Use RF scanners to receive and track inventory.

Verify product counts, quantities, and quality.

Deliver materials to production lines as needed.

Stretch wrap and palletize finished products.

Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and dock areas.

Change propane tanks safely and assist other departments as needed.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED.

Valid driver's license required.

Previous forklift experience preferred.

Recent forklift certification preferred (training available).

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.

Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Ability to work overtime, weekends, and alternate shifts when needed.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and operate equipment for extended periods.
