Forklift Operator
Location: Dundee, MI
Pay: $18.75/hour
Shift: Days 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM 3-2-2-3 schedule

Clean Tech is currently seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team at our Dundee, Michigan facility. In this role, you will support all warehouse operations and ensure shipping, receiving, and storage activities are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all plant safety standards, quality policies, operational procedures, and high workmanship standards

  • Perform daily warehouse workflow and operational tasks

  • Assist with training employees and resolving issues in collaboration with the Warehouse Lead

  • Coordinate with the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to ensure daily product flow requirements are met

  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments via over-the-road, rail, and bulk transport

  • Identify and resolve work-related issues while communicating concerns to the Warehouse Lead

  • Accurately complete and review all required paperwork

  • Safely operate forklifts in both warehouse and production areas

  • Work within an ISO and team-based environment

  • Ensure proper maintenance of the forklift fleet

  • Maintain the flow of raw materials and finished goods to meet production and customer demands

  • Load railcars and bulk trucks while wearing a safety harness at heights of up to 20 feet

  • Support Warehouse Leads as needed

  • Perform additional related duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse and shipping experience, preferably in a team lead or leadership capacity

  • Preferred experience with resin, liquid, or grain bulk loading for trucks and railcars

  • Experience handling shipping documentation such as BOLs and load sheets

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to leadership

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

  • Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet using proper PPE
