dedicated, detail-oriented Forklift Drivers to join their exceptional team in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
About the Job: - Location: Whitsett, NC
- Schedule: 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Available (with overtime as needed)
- Pay Rate: 16.50 Starting pay
Key Responsibilities: - Operate forklifts to efficiently remove materials from stock and transport them to the order fill area.
- Use pick lists or handheld computers to complete tasks, verifying counts and capturing data via barcode scanners or manual input.
- Load products into packages or pallets based on order specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare shipments by packaging orders, applying labels, and inserting required documentation.
- Perform shipment transactions, verify shipment counts, and prepare shipping documents while working with carriers for accurate loading and marking.
- Maintain flexibility to accommodate overtime and adapt to business needs.
Requirements: - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong team player with a commitment to maintaining excellent attendance.
- Reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival every day.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform tasks such as bending, squatting, kneeling, and balancing.
- Capacity to walk, stand, or sit for an entire shift while handling physical tasks like reaching, pulling, and pushing.
- Demonstrate flexibility to take on other duties as assigned by management.
