Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily crew activities

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards

Communicate effectively with team members and management

Monitor job progress and address issues as they arise

Maintain a productive and positive work environment

Lead by example and support team success

Complete required reports and documentation as needed

Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Ability to drive as part of job responsibilities

Previous foreman, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Dependable, punctual, and professional

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

Self-starter with a strong work ethic

Ability to work effectively with a team
