Position Summary

As a key part of our frontline team, you'll help members with their everyday financial needs-handling transactions with accuracy, care, and a whole lot of personality. You're not just processing transactions-you're creating great experiences and building trust with every interaction.
What You'll Do (AKA How You'll Shine)
- Be the go-to person for members by handling cash and check transactions quickly and accurately
- Keep your drawer balanced like a pro-every day
- Turn everyday interactions into meaningful conversations using warm greetings and genuine connection
- Spot opportunities to recommend products and services that truly help members (no pushy sales here-just smart solutions)
- Hit monthly referral goals by matching members with what they need
- Stay organized and on top of reports, referrals, and daily balancing-details matter
- Keep your cash drawer secure and follow all security and limit guidelines
- Handle mail transactions with the same attention to detail as in-person service
- Make regular outreach calls to stay connected with members
- Support and coach a mortgage loan processor, helping them succeed and grow
- Follow all compliance and regulatory requirements (yes, including the Bank Secrecy Act-we've got to keep things legit)
- Jump in wherever needed-we're a team that has each other's backs
What You Bring
- At least 6 months of customer service + cash handling experience (bonus points for financial institution experience)
- Some sales or cross-selling experience-you're comfortable making recommendations that help people
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and learning new systems doesn't scare you)
- The ability to work independently and be a great teammate
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with people
