Job Title: Customer Financial Services Specialist
Location: Fairhaven
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Schedule: Hybrid, Monday - Friday
Manage customer accounts within the order to cash cycle, ensuring compliance with departmental and corporate guidelines. Responsibilities include resolving AR issues, managing orders, processing new accounts, and participating in financial analysis and credit risk training.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to resolve past due balances using GetPaid software. Maintain documentation and escalate issues as needed. Monitor payment trends and take corrective action.
- Review order queues, release or restrict orders according to guidelines and communicate with sales and customers.
- Process new accounts applications, verify information, and use scoring software to pull data reports.
- Produce custom reports using Excel and Word, including financial statements analysis.
- Process customer refunds, conduct reconciliations and draft correspondence.
- Learn to prepare formal credit recommendations through financial analysis, maintain custom records, and make credit decisions.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate, some college-level work desirable
- Typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products required.
- 3-5 years of commercial credit and collection experience
