$100,000 average performance-based compensation

• Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products
• Collect each client's financial information to determine financial status, financial goals, cash flow, and financial expectations
• Identify, seek, and establish prospects continuously and create strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor
• Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
• Execute exceptional customer service to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given

• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client financial status and develop tailored strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex financial concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
