TRC's client has a direct hire opportunity for a Field Service Supervisor! This position is with a leader in the design and manufacturing of custom enclosures and packaging for generators and other power equipment. They offer great culture and significant growth opportunities! The Field Service Manager will lead a team of technicians in the maintenance of generators and Power equipment. This person will coach and handle escalated maintenance issues! Purpose of the Position:
The Field Supervisor oversees day-to-day field operations, ensuring that service work and warranty repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role supports and guides technicians in the field while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
??? Supervise and support field technicians during on-site service and repair work.
??? Coordinate daily job assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
??? Conduct site assessments to verify job scope and readiness.
??? Monitor work quality and compliance with safety standards.
??? Provide updates and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
??? Assist in preparing quotes and documenting field activities.
??? Serve as the primary point of contact between field staff and management.

Licenses, Certifications, or Training Requirements:
??? Valid Class C Georgia driver's license.
??? Must complete and pass a DOT physical.
??? Must carry a valid DOT medical card while driving.
Must maintain a qualified driving record.
