About the job
This person will be responsible for:
- Supervise, lead, and inspect work progress from crews in accordance with jobsite safety, schedules, and requirements,
- Assist in screening/filtering applicants and hiring workforce personnel,
- Train and enforce safety and regulatory compliance,
- Execute quality control and attend worksite inspections,
- Read specifications and blueprints to direct crews safely and efficiently,
- Work with jobsite field personnel.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication (verbal & email) skills,
- Strong organizational skills,
- Problem resolution and the ability to quickly find solutions,
- Experience in multi-family and/or commercial construction preferred,
- Ability to assist with leading a workforce of 50+ technicians to produce quality workmanship,
- Knowledge of blueprints,
- Ability to work outdoors,
- Travel as needed,
- Full time position, hours vary,
- Insulation, Drywall or similar experience would be helpful,
- Clean driving record,
- Light duty labor, standing at jobsites required.
