A bit about us:We are a growing, family-owned, heavy civil construction company that has immediate openings for an experienced heavy civil construction superintendent to support our Washington and Idaho State operations.
We have an immediate need for a Field Engineer in the Eastern WA region who has a background in water/wastewater treatment plant construction.

Job DetailsAbout the Position
The Field Engineer must be willing to be teachable and take direction well with the willingness to take on a variety of tasks. Large treatment plant project would be the first project for this role.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of construction industry experience. Water or wastewater construction experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction management, engineering, or another technical field or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-effective manner.
- Strong technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems are developing and implement effective solutions.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with and able to navigate Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Experience with and able to navigate traditional Computer file/folder structure.
- Experience with or ability to learn multiple Construction programs including HCSS Programs and Bluebeam.
- Experience in the construction field is recommended.
- Pre-employment drug testing required.
- Criminal background check required.
