Feeder Catcher - 3rd Shift

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable Feeder / Packer to support production operations by loading, inspecting, counting, sealing, and palletizing finished goods. This role is responsible for preparing packed cases for warehousing or shipping while maintaining quality, safety, and efficient workflow. The Feeder / Packer works closely with operators and production leaders to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review machine schedules and prepare corrugated cases for production lines.
  • Follow instructions from line operators, leads, supervisors, and managers.
  • Place cartons into the feed while maintaining proper stack height and orientation.
  • Maintain packing stations with pallets and sealing tape.
  • Change pallets and manage completed loads as needed.
  • Inspect product for printing, cutting, and gluer quality issues.
  • Assist operators in maintaining production output and quality standards.
  • Apply case labels and securely seal corrugated cases when full.
  • Stack pallets uniformly to required heights.
  • Prepare load tickets and document pallet counts accurately.
  • Participate in line clearance procedures after each job run.
  • Operate a manual pallet jack safely.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Ability to stand on feet for up to 12 hours per shift.
  • Ability to read and write instructions and basic correspondence.
  • Ability to use hands for simple and power grasping, pushing, and pulling.
  • Ability to safely operate a hand operated pallet jack.
  • Strong attention to detail related to printing, cutting, and gluing quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to pass a color vision test.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
