FUNCTION: Supports and assists the Maintenance Director in community operations needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications:
??? High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred or previous related maintenance experience and some training in one or all of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, refurbishing and cleaning.
??? Ability to perform general maintenance repair needs, problem solve and communicate and cooperate effectively with others
. ??? Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs without assistance as well as move throughout the building and perform the various physical demands set forth in this job description.
