Facilities Technician 3/ Supervisor

Our client, a leader in building maintenance and facility management, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: El paso, TX

Pay Range: 28-30/hr

What's the Job?

  • Oversee daily operations of building systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable performance.

  • Maintain, inspect, and implement preventive and corrective programs for HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate activities of contractors and maintain adequate inventory of tools and supplies.

  • Provide training and support to staff, promoting technical expertise and professionalism.

What's Needed?

  • Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.

  • 7+ years of facility management experience, including supervisory roles.

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Certifications: Universal Technician for CFCs (or within 90 days) and Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent.
