We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various building systems, plumbing, electrical, and general facility maintenance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of all facility systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues with building systems such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical components.
Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation and longevity of equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
Work with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work.
Perform general upkeep of facilities, including painting, minor repairs, furniture moving and groundskeeping.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and advancements in maintenance technologies.
Tracking of work orders are required on a provided tablet and must be maintained
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in maintenance and repair work.
Good communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional trade certifications (electrical, plumbing, etc.) are a plus.
Experience in commercial or industrial facility maintenance.
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems
Experience with personal computers and Microsoft office programs
Work Environment:
Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and other environmental conditions.
May require occasional on-call availability for emergency repairs.
This job requires travel to multiple locations within Tulsa and the surrounding areas. Vehicle is provided.

Compensation details: 20-26 Hourly Wage
