Description:

Dead Serious About Your Career? So Are We - Join Cantor Law Group, Arizona's Top Estates and Trusts Legal Team

Are you dead serious about your career? So are we. At Cantor Law Group, we understand that everyone dies, but not everyone plans for it. While most people avoid thinking about death, we don't shy away from the end - we prepare for it. We craft ironclad estate plans, build bulletproof trusts, and handle the high-stakes details that most families only think about when it's already too late. We're looking for an Estate Planning Paralegal who knows that behind every clean inheritance is someone like you: precise, relentless, and a little too comfortable with mortality. In joining our distinguished team, your impeccable attention to detail and ability to collaborate will shape the future of our clients' legacies with elegance and precision.

We're hiring a full-time Estates and Trusts Paralegal with a minimum of two years of Arizona-based experience in Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration and/or Guardian/Conservatorship to work in our sophisticated Estates and Trusts Practice. If you're ready to work with a nationally recognized firm where your contributions are valued, this is your opportunity.

At Cantor Law Group, we offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: From $75,000/year or more, depending on experience.
  • Benefits:
  • Time off: 30 paid days off annually. 10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and five personal/sick days.
  • Loyalty vacation program: Earn one additional day each year (for five years), and milestone bonuses on major anniversaries.
  • Medical Insurance: Cantor Law Group covers 50% of the base plan in your first year and 100% after.
  • Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance: Employees enjoy dental, vision, and life Insurance paid fully by Cantor Law Group.
  • 401(k): Cantor Law Group generously matches 3.5% of employees' 401(k) contributions.
  • Breakfast is catered for the firm every month, Family-style lunches are catered bi-weekly, and quarterly happy hours, firm outings, and other gatherings occur throughout the year. Families and children's attendance are always encouraged at Cantor Law Group. We care about our paralegals and their families.
  • Work Environment: Paralegals work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our prestigious downtown office provides panoramic views of the Phoenix skyline from our penthouse suite and multiple floors in the prestigious Two Renaissance Tower Downtown, where employees enjoy endless snacks, drinks, employee lounges, and restaurants in the building and within walking distance.
  • Mentorship: Cantor Law Group invests in mentorship and strategy sessions to make you a better paralegal, not a busier one. Our paralegals receive consistent mentorship in a collaborative environment. We offer endless opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • One-on-One Collaboration: Tired of being stretched between multiple attorneys and never-ending administrative tasks? As a paralegal at Cantor Law Group, you'll work exclusively with one attorney, collaborating closely on every case to provide support, solve problems, and contribute to meaningful outcomes together. No more last-minute filings dropped on your desk at 5:00 p.m., while the attorney leaves for happy hour. We treat our paralegals like the professionals and people that they are.
  • A Team Worth Joining: Cantor Law Group was ranked in Ranking Arizona's Top Law Firm in Arizona (25 Lawyers or less) for all of Arizona! We are an AV-rated Family Law firm listed in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. With a team of 15+ attorneys, 5 Board-Certified Family Law Specialists, and over 150 years of combined experience, we are Arizona's preferred choice for high-stakes family law representation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of Arizona estates and trusts paralegal experience (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree or extensive workplace experience
  • Proficiency in preparing documents for estate plans, probate, trust administration and guardianship/conservatorship matters
  • Professional, courteous, and responsive - especially with elderly clients, high net-worth clients, and court-appointed professionals
  • Attention to detail so sharp, it could cut through red tape like butter
  • Strong legal research skills
  • Ability to file with courts, county recorders, Arizona Corporation Commission and similar entities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills - all with a client service mindset

What to Expect: We don't just hire; we Topgrade. We use a Topgrading approach to make sure we hire only top performers. Step by step, we: define what success looks like in the role, review your full career history and achievements, evaluate your skills and fit with our culture, check references with past colleagues, and make sure this role is the perfect match for your talents - all so you're joining a team of other high achievers.

If you're ready to join a prestigious family law firm where your skills are respected, your work is impactful, and your career path is clear, Cantor Law Group is the place for you.
