Job Details

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Equipment Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Minimum of 9 years of experience required.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Required experience with heavy machinery and specialized construction equipment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate various types of construction equipment.
• Certification in equipment management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in equipment management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
