Overview The H&K Group is looking for a Equipment Maintenance Support/Purchase Order Administrator to assist in the administrative side of their maintenance department.

Responsibilities Responsibilities and Duties;
- Follow direction from director of maintenance
- Performs all work according to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
- Using all company software
- Assist maintenance staff
- Rental invoicing and tracking
- Po numbers on all maintenance invoice with labor
- All other assigned duties
Qualifications Required Skills, Education, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university OR one year of related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
- 2 years of relevant experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of Explorer software and HCSS products (Heavyjob, E360)
- Experience with cost reporting and purchasing for heavy civil construction
- OSHA or other relevant safety certifications
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to sit, use hands to type and write
- Regularly required to answer phone, talk, and hear
- Vision abilities include close, distance, color, and ability to adjust focus
Work Environment
- Controlled office environment out of the elements
- Noise level is usually moderate
