Envelope Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

An established general contractor is seeking an Area Superintendent with a focus on building envelope scopes for a large multifamily project. This role offers the chance to take ownership of a critical portion of a major development while working alongside an experienced project team.

Description

The Envelope Superintendent - Multifamily Construction will:

• Oversee all building envelope activities from planning through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure work meets quality standards
• Drive schedule performance and maintain project milestones
• Enforce site safety and best construction practices
• Collaborate with project management and field leadership teams
• Identify and proactively resolve field challenges

Profile

A successful Envelope Superintendent - Multifamily Construction should have:

• 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience
• Proven expertise managing building envelope scopes
• Multifamily construction experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• OSHA 30 certification required/preferred
• MA CSL strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and field operations effectively

Job Offer
