Engineering Manager - Electronics

Opportunity
As the Electronics Engineering Manager, you will play a significant part in the development of products by engaging in a very collaborative, rapidly changing environment to integrate new technologies into Kohler products and solutions. You will contribute at every stage of the K&B product development cycle, from concept to production, driving both individual product features and overall system validation activities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must, as you will be asked to partner with team members and other engineering teams. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the technology and product development for many of Kohler's consumer products.
You will be responsible for leadership of a team of electronic engineers within the electronics engineering group. This is a hands-on position; you will also be responsible for designing and implementing electronic subsystems for new products. Reporting to the Director of Engineering- Electronics and Smart Technology, the successful candidate will guide efficient engineering development and grow our talent for the long-term evolution of the group. You must possess a level of expertise that will facilitate both electronics product development, as well as coaching, continuous learning, and career development of team members.
