Engineering and Maintenance Manager

Our client, a growing manufacturer in the life sciences / pharmaceutical manufacturing space, is seeking a hands-on Engineering & Maintenance Manager to lead the performance of their engineering, maintenance, and facilities functions. This role works very closely with functional leaders and plant employees in Production, Quality, Logistics, Supply Chain, HR, and other support functions during the planning, design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities in operations.
