Electronics Technician (night shift)

Columbus, IN Onsite 1+ Year Contract
Monday-Friday 11pm to 7am following orientation on days)

Manpower Engineering is hiring an Electronics Technician to support our client's Controls Lab in Columbus, IN. This is a long-term contract role focused on troubleshooting, test system setups, and lab operations support.

• Troubleshoot and maintain HIL/test systems and lab equipment
• Support hardware/software setups and daily lab operations
• Modify wiring harnesses and integrate sensors/instruments
• Maintain documentation, perform calibrations, and support test hardware development
• Assist with inventory, training, and continuous improvement efforts
• Note: Initial hours (for 1-2 months) will work between8AM to 7PM EST - Flexible schedule but an 8-hour shift) to get familiar with test systems, processes, teams, and lab operations. After that, the employee will work night shift (11PM -7AM EST)

• 2+ years of experience in an electronics technician or similar role
• Strong electronic circuit knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with electronic tools and data measurement systems
• Hands-on mindset and ability to work independently
