RTA operates 5 streetcar lines, 30 bus routes, 2 ferry routes, and paratransit services, providing more than 19 million rides each year.

jOB SUMMARY
Under close supervision, the Electronic Technician performs electrical and electronic repair work required to maintain RTA vehicles and equipment.

LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
Ability to drive and possess a Valid Louisiana Driver's license
ESSENTIAL WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a designated Safety Sensitive Position under the RTA Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy (Non-USDOT). Drug and alcohol testing is conducted in accordance with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) regulations.
