Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Kit Work Orders.
  • Perform Electro-Mechanical and Final assembly.
  • Download software to end products and test for quality.
  • Process (solder, assemble) on demand cable orders.
  • Print and prepare product installation instructions.
  • Process (final, Button-up) customer repairs prior to shipping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with power to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools
  • Experience with through hole and SMT soldering a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not supervise others.

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions (Assembly Procedure, Drawings, etc.), production reports, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
