Schedule: Monday through Thursday 6:30am - 5:00pm, OT opportunities on Friday and Saturday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical assembly ensuring quality and adherence to production expectations.
- Bend conduit, wire control panels, and interpret electrical schematics.
- Utilize hand tools, torque tools, portable powered hand tools, and overhead cranes during assembly.
- Identify and report deviations from standard work.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and test electrical assemblies for quality and compliance.
- Follow safety protocols and standard work procedures.
- Work from ladders when required.
- Assist in other areas as needed to support production.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of safety in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical assembly or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents.
- Proficiency with hand tools and electrical assembly equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
